We are the pioneers of specialized Trauma and Orthopedic service in Ethiopia. Our service has been on for the last 18 years. It has been improvised from day one and reached the stage of exploiting the cutting edge of the latest technology.
MISSION
Our mission is to augment the existing health service in order to achieve a positive change in the overall health status in general and to create a strong and well organized specialized orthopedic, trauma and emergency services in particular, which could cover not only the country of Ethiopia, but also the whole region of East Africa.
GOAL:
SHORT TERM PLAN:
Involve Experienced orthopedic surgeons and Neurosurgeons.
Continue on doing THR’s, TKR’s, Arthroscopies.
Improvise diagnostic facilities and expand overall trauma and orthopedic services.
LONG TERM PLAN:
Site expansion and execution of expansion project already underway.
Training Orthopedic Surgeons.

The hospital plays a statewide role in rehabilitation services, which includes the Acquired.
